Chocolate, date and coconut balls recipe in a jar

 

RECIPE:

Combine jar ingredients and 3 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup in a food processor. Pulse until sticky, then blend until combined. Roll into balls and coat in extra coconut if desired. 

If mixture is dry, add 1 tablespoon of water until it comes together. A tablespoon of peanut butter can also be added, note recipe is nut free by ingredient.

 

INGREDIENTS: Rolled oats, desiccated coconut, pitted dates, flaxseed ground, cacao powder.
